RPh Beauty Return & Exchange Policy


Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please be sure to read all product description, notations & ingredients prior to placing your order.  

Our products are expertly handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. However, due to our production processes & the use of all-natural premium ingredients, there may be slight differences in size, smell, color & consistency. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us via email at hello@rphbeauty.com & include photo/video of the item in question within 3 days of delivery date & we will gladly ship a replacement item to you if the product is deemed defective. 

If you are missing an item from your order, we will immediately send out the missing item as long as it is reported within 3 days of the delivered date.

If an item is out of stock after the order is processed, we will attempt to reach out to the purchaser to determine if they would like one of the following options: 

  • a substitution of a similar product

  • to wait for replenishment of ordered product or 

  • a refund

Packages that are undeliverable & returned to sender (RPh Beauty) will be refunded less the shipping charges.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be at the discretion of the company (RPh Beauty) & handled on a case-by-case basis where the company decides that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both company & customer.  If the refunds are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (determined by your banking institution).


Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed & an additional 2-7 days for your order to be shipped to you. All packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) & are shipped out on Tuesdays.

During the holidays, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Holiday orders are shipped 1 business day after your order has been processed.When your order has been processed & shipped, you will receive tracking information via  email. 

The pricing of shipping costs are not determined or regulated by our company, RPh Beauty, but instead determined by the current USPS shipping rates which takes into account the weight & the shipping destination to determine the price.

We as a company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. If your order has been marked as “delivered” & you have not yet received your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Services for further information regarding your package (1-800-275-8777) or you may file a claim via USPS using your tracking number.

If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a re shipping fee if the order is needing to be sent out again.
